Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back before contacting us — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of supplements, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply request a return, and once accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
